We accept returns within 5 days of delivery only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns for opened or used fragrances.
To request a return, email akshaydutt@layalialwarda.com with your order number and photo proof.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
